Order terms

A clear agreement before your garment is made.

reshupfab is an individually operated designer clothing business owned by Steven Riley. Orders are discussed and accepted by phone, and clothing is made after ordering.

Agreeing your order

Before an order is accepted, confirm the garment design, materials, measurements, colour, quantity, full price, any delivery charges, total cash payable, estimated timing, and applicable change or cancellation conditions. Ask for the agreed details by email. A phone link or website visit alone does not place an order.

Images and design references

Website pictures are independent style illustrations, not photographs of customer garments or ready stock. They provide a starting reference for discussion. The garment you order is the design agreed directly with our designer. Customer designs are not published.

Delivery and inspection

Delivery is available only in California, Nebraska, Ohio, and New Jersey. Availability to your exact address, delivery timing, charges, and inspection arrangements are confirmed before order acceptance. See delivery and payment.

Cash on delivery

Inspect the garment on delivery before paying. Payment is the agreed amount in cash. This website has no online payment facility.

Defective or incorrect products

We offer replacement when a product is defective or incorrect. Raise any issue during inspection before paying. If discovered later, contact Steven Riley to discuss the issue and replacement arrangements. See replacement and cancellation.

Changes, cancellations, and other requests

Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. What is possible depends on the production stage and the conditions agreed before acceptance. Any applicable charges must be disclosed and agreed before ordering. Other return and refund requests are discussed directly with Steven Riley.

Advertising management

SIGE (USA) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD manages and pays for advertising. reshupfab’s clothing business is operated by Steven Riley.
